ADOPT A TRAIL: PROTECT OUR LOCAL NATURE

Trash Talkers is calling on residents to take charge. The Adopt a Trail program isn't just about cleaning; it's about stewardship. By joining, you're not just picking up litter—you're preserving local ecosystems for generations to come. Your involvement ensures that the trails we love remain accessible and healthy for everyone in the community.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
  • Commit to 4 clean-ups per year
  • Attend a mandatory 30-minute safety orientation
  • Report major trail hazards or blockages
  • Maintain a dedicated 0.5-mile trail stretch
  • Encourage others to respect the natural habitat

Local Action. Visible Impact.

Wildlife Safety

Removing non-biodegradable waste from trail edges prevents local species from hazardous ingestion and restores the natural fertility of the soil.

Social Pride

Fostering a unique culture of shared responsibility, our program turns neighbors into active stewards and local trails into symbols of civic pride.

Path Health

Consistent maintenance stops erosion and prevents degradation, ensuring local paths remain safe and walkable for future generations to explore.
